Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 25, 2026
1. Purpose
N8N TikTok Publisher supports an operator-authorized video publishing workflow. It is not intended to collect unrelated personal information.
2. Information processed
When authorized, the workflow may process TikTok account identifiers, OAuth access or refresh tokens, video files, captions, posting settings, and API responses necessary to carry out requested publishing actions.
3. How information is used
Information is used to authenticate authorized API requests, prepare and submit videos, report publishing status, and troubleshoot workflow failures. It is not sold to advertisers.
4. Storage and sharing
Workflow data may be stored within the operator’s n8n environment and configured services. Data required for publication is transmitted to TikTok through its APIs. Any other connected processing or hosting services are governed by their own policies.
5. Retention and security
The operator should restrict access to credentials, use secure connections, and retain data only as long as reasonably needed for operation and troubleshooting. Actual retention depends on the workflow configuration and connected services.
6. Revocation and deletion
The account holder may revoke TikTok authorization through TikTok’s account settings. For requests to review or delete information held by the operator, use the contact below.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated when the workflow or applicable requirements change.
